Every Soft Life story starts with hers.
Soft Life Medspa & Wellness was born from personal health experiences that changed the way I viewed care. When my younger sister suffered a stroke at just 29 years old, it forced me to take my own cardiovascular health seriously—and that journey became part of the foundation for Soft Life.

My own experience with menopause at only 33 years old deepened that purpose. Navigating such a significant transition at a young age helped me understand how easily women’s symptoms can be overlooked, misunderstood, or dismissed. It inspired my commitment to helping women feel heard, informed, and supported as they navigate hormonal changes, aging, and their overall well-being.

As a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 16 years of medical experience across infectious disease, pediatrics, family practice, and urgent care, along with advanced training in medical aesthetics and weight management, I bring a strong clinical foundation to every consultation and treatment plan.
