Soft Life Terms & Conditions

Effective September 22, 2026 • Last updated September 22, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of softlifemedspa.com and related webpages operated by Soft
Life Medspa & Wellness (“Soft Life,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If
you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Informational Purpose Only. Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not
medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for an in-person or telehealth evaluation by a qualified
healthcare professional. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of website content.
2. No Patient-Provider Relationship. Using this website, submitting a form, joining a waitlist, sending an email, or
requesting an appointment does not by itself create a patient-provider relationship. A relationship begins only after Soft Life
accepts you as a patient and the required clinical evaluation and consent process occurs.
3. Emergencies. This website is not monitored for emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency,
call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use website forms, email, social media, or the booking platform
for urgent medical needs.
4. Eligibility and Treatment Decisions. Services are available only to individuals who meet applicable age, medical, and
clinical eligibility requirements. A booked service is not a guarantee that treatment will be provided. We may postpone,
modify, or decline a service when clinically appropriate or required by law.
5. Appointments, Booking Fees, and Payment. Appointments may be scheduled through our authorized booking platform
or by contacting us. Unless a different written policy applies to a specific service, a booking fee is non-refundable and is
credited toward the scheduled service. You are responsible for accurate contact, payment, and health information and for all
charges you authorize. Third-party financing products, including CareCredit and Cherry, are governed by the provider’s
separate terms and approval process.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Late Arrivals, and No-Shows. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or
reschedule. A late cancellation or rescheduling fee of $100 may apply. For a same-day cancellation or no-show, the fee
may be the greater of the full scheduled service cost or $100. We allow an 8-minute grace period; after that time, the
appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or treated as a no-show. The policy displayed during booking or included in
your signed forms controls if it is more specific or has been updated.
7. Sales, Packages, and Refunds. All sales are final. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and any
approved adjustment is issued as spa credit. When a package is canceled, transferred, or otherwise adjusted with our
written approval, completed sessions may be repriced at the then-current full per-session rate before any remaining spa
credit is calculated. Promotional, membership, gift-card, financing, and package terms may include additional restrictions.
8. Results and Media. Outcomes vary by person, health history, anatomy, adherence, and other factors. Testimonials,
photographs, and descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee a particular result. Before-and-after images are used
only with appropriate permission; lighting, angle, timing, and individual response may affect appearance.
9. Website Communications and Privacy. Do not submit sensitive medical information through general contact forms,
ordinary email, or social media unless we specifically direct you to a secure method. Our handling of protected health
information is described in our Notice of Privacy Practices. Website and consumer information that is not protected health
information may also be handled according to any separate website privacy or cookie notice we publish.
10. Acceptable Use. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere
with operation, scrape or reproduce content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the
website in violation of law or another person’s rights.
11. Intellectual Property. The website’s original text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, layout, and other content are
owned by or licensed to Soft Life and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for
personal, noncommercial use. No other use is permitted without prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services and Links. The website may link to or embed services operated by others, including booking,
patient portal, payment, financing, mapping, and social-media services. We do not control their availability, accessibility,
security, content, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
13. Website Availability and Disclaimer. We work to keep information accurate and the website available, but content
may contain errors or become outdated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as
available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soft Life and its owners, clinicians, employees, and
agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and
nothing in these Terms changes the professional standard of care applicable to clinical services.
15. Indemnification. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Soft Life harmless from claims,
losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another
person’s rights.
16. Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective or last-updated date.
Continued website use after publication means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any permitted
dispute relating solely to website use will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Paulding County, Georgia,
unless applicable law requires otherwise.
18. Contact. Questions about these Terms may be sent to Soft Life Medspa & Wellness, 5604 Wendy Bagwell Parkway,
Suite 111, Hiram, Georgia 30141; (404) 615-2251; support@softlifemedspa.com.
